Programme Overview
The Master of Business Administration at Pickering Global Campus, a Member College of Woolf, is designed to develop advanced strategic, analytical and leadership capabilities for professionals seeking to progress into senior management, entrepreneurial, consulting or leadership roles. Through a structured curriculum covering organisational leadership, business ethics, negotiation, strategic economics, marketing strategy, managerial communication, technology and operations management, business leadership, creativity and innovation, supply chain management, business analytics, financial statement analysis, social entrepreneurship and a practice-based capstone project, students will strengthen their ability to analyse complex business situations, make evidence-based decisions and lead organisational change. Delivered in a dynamic learning environment that encourages interaction, peer-to-peer learning and applied professional development, the programme supports students in building transferable skills such as critical thinking, communication, teamwork, ethical judgement, digital awareness and self-directed learning. Upon successful completion, graduates will be prepared to enhance their career prospects, assume higher-level managerial responsibilities and pursue further postgraduate or doctoral study.

Assessment
Each module is assessed by any combination of continuous assessments, examinations, presentations, projects or written assignments. Assessment methods may vary according to individual module requirements.
Admissions Requirement
Minimum Age: 22 years old (base on the birth year)
Academic Requirement:
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in any field; OR
- Performance-Based Admission (PBA): Begin courses without full admission, maintain 80%+ average for 20% of the programme to qualify full matriculation; OR
- Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL):
- 7+ years of relevant business experience
- 3-year diploma + 2 years of business experience
- 12+ years of highly relevant experience (no degree required)
- Must demonstrate business knowledge equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.
English Requirement:
- IELTS: 6.5 overall or equivalent; OR
- iBT TOEFL: 86 overall; OR
- PTE Academic: 58; OR
- Duolingo English Test (DET): 120 overall; OR
- GCSE/IGCSE: English or English Language or English as a Second Language subject with a C grade; OR
- Pickering English Test: 90
Exit Requirement
Stage 1 Completion
Students who complete Stage 1, comprising 10 modules, will be eligible for the exit award of Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration.
Stage 1 and Stage 2 Completion
Students who complete Stage 1 and Stage 2, comprising a total of 13 modules, will be eligible for the exit award of Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration.Stage 1, Stage 2 and Stage 3 Capstone Project Completion
Students who complete Stage 1, Stage 2 and the Stage 3 Capstone Project, comprising a total of 14 modules, will be eligible for the award of Master of Business Administration.Attendance Requirements
All students must attend at least 75% of the scheduled lecture and tutorial activities to be eligible for assessment.

Pickering Global Campus Merit Scholarships are awarded to outstanding applicants who demonstrate strong academic achievement, critical thinking, and creativity. These scholarships are competitive and are available to eligible international students. Scholarship awards are granted based on academic merit, supported by the applicant’s highest qualification attained, as well as performance in the required interview and assessment test. Eligible students may receive a tuition fee waiver of up to 50%, depending on their results, interview performance, and chosen programme of study.
