Pickering Global Campus, a member college of Woolf, is pleased to announce its partnership with the School of International Education, Anhui University of Finance and Economics, to deliver Pickering Global Campus’s Undergraduate Certificate and Undergraduate Diploma programmes at AUFE.
This collaboration marks a significant milestone for both institutions. Pickering’s pathway programme is the first signed programme at the School of International Education, AUFE, reflecting the School’s confidence in Pickering Global Campus’s academic model, international pathway provision and student-centred approach to transnational education.
Through this collaboration, AUFE will become the third Pickering Overseas Learning Centre established on a university campus, further strengthening Pickering Global Campus’s presence in China and marking another important step in its continued development of international education partnerships.
Pickering Global Campus is an international pathway programme provider committed to delivering globally connected, academically rigorous and student-centred programmes. As a member college of Woolf, Pickering Global Campus provides programmes aligned with European higher education frameworks, supporting students in developing the academic knowledge, English language proficiency and transferable skills required for further university progression and future professional development.
Woolf is a licensed higher education institution in Malta, operating within the European Union and the European Higher Education Area. Woolf is accredited by the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority under licence number 2019-015 and awards qualifications within established European regulatory frameworks.
Anhui University of Finance and Economics, located in Bengbu, Anhui Province, is a public university with a strong academic focus in economics, finance, management and related disciplines. Established in 1959, AUFE has developed into an important higher education institution in Anhui Province, with a broad range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and a strong commitment to international cooperation and academic exchange.
The School of International Education at AUFE plays an important role in supporting the university’s internationalisation strategy, including international education collaboration, cross-border academic exchange and the development of international learning opportunities for students. As the School’s first signed pathway programme, the collaboration with Pickering Global Campus represents a meaningful step in developing structured international progression routes for students.
Under the partnership, Pickering Global Campus will work with the School of International Education, AUFE, to deliver its Undergraduate Certificate and Undergraduate Diploma programmes at AUFE. The programmes are designed to support students in building a strong foundation in business-related studies, academic English, critical thinking and applied learning, preparing them for further higher education opportunities in an international context.
The establishment of the Pickering Overseas Learning Centre at AUFE reinforces Pickering Global Campus’s mission to cultivate lifelong learning leaders through innovative education, academic excellence and cross-border collaboration.
